    Took over 10 minutes of waiting at front of queue before our order was taken, no acknowledgement of our presence.
    Once order taken, stood and waited another 5 minutes before told to sit down and food would be brought over.
    10 minutes later food arrived, no apology for delays or even a smile. Rude, ignorant staff.

    Long queue at Drive Thru but looks like they recognised it and dispatched guy outside with a tablet to take some orders as well. A bit of wait but food arrived hot.
